Welcome to the Beta version of our community boards! We are trying to take our connectionalism one step further by creating a place in which the laity and pastors in the Northern Virginia United Methodist Churches can share resources!
The moderator of this board is Sharon Sheldon. Please contact her to suggest subject headers or other resources.
FAQ's
1) What is the purpose of this forum?
We are trying to create a way for Northern Virginia churches to share resources and ideas. Survey results have informed the three subject headers that we are starting with (Missions/SPPRC/Trustees). We can add others as the need presents itself.
2) Who can post on this forum?
Anyone who wants to be a part of the community can post. The first step is to register and create a log in (upper right hand corner). Once you've established a log in, you simply click on the subject header. Here you have two choices:
a) If you would like to respond to a thread that has already been started, simply click on the thread and hit the "reply" button located in the thread.
b) If you would like to create your own subject header, click on the "create thread" button near the center of this page.
3) ONE RULE FOR THIS FORUM
This is for the sharing of resources and ideas only. This forum is not for complaining or for airing of grievances, or for discussion of anything resembling "church politics." Such posts will be removed immediately. BE NICE!
